Fiber. In. and OUT :)

Ah, and hello again.

It is Wednesday, and thank GOD it is not as cold as it was yesterday. negative 25 degrees is something I would like to NEVER see or feel again.

So, as I mentioned before, I have done this whole weight watchers thang a few times before and I want to discuss something that I SWEAR no one ever publicly discusses ( but it's me, and I am known for being inappropriate so warning, this is a TMI post).

The first week(or so) of joining Weight Watchers, you are filling up on delicious vegetables, drinking more water, maybe having a Fiber One product or two, cause hey more fiber less points right?!

Well, I have experienced a crazy increase in my pooping.

Yes I said it, pooping.

I swear to the good lord above, I have spent more time wiping my ass this week, than I have in months.

I am flushing so much crap out of my system it isn't even funny....( but really it is).

It is taking so much out of me to NOT grab my scale every time I poop to see if I lost a pound or 30 after that colossal poop. 

But I am waiting for my first weigh in to see how I am doing, so no mid week pre and post poop weighing for this lil lady!

HA. okay, I'm done. That was a fun post. I shall post more when the urge strikes!
