3 Wins in one week!

Hey all!

So, I've been MIA the last few days, cause I have been busy as SHIT but not ignoring my goals!

Working out, was SO not in my most immediate plans considering this is how I feel about working out:
 

BUT I sucked it up and decided, it was time!

I decided to go to the gym this week, not once but twice with my dear friend Jey. We went over to Planet Fitness and did the 30 minute circuit each time. I had a ball, and I worked my ass off ( seriously, my muscles which haven't moved in forever, hurt, I am happy!)

My goal is to do the gym at least 3 times a week, and I honestly think I can do that based on my awesome work schedule! The goal is to sleep in a bit, get up hit the gym around 11, come home, shower, pack my goodies for the day and head on out to work. I don't feel rushed and still have time to plan my day!

So, hitting the gym - Win #1


Last night, I invited our lil' crew over for dinner. I found a recipe from a website I stumbled up via Pinterest- Slender Kitchen. Everyone stop what you are doing  and check out this site. Her recipes are amazing, they provide nutrition facts, Point Plus Values, and more importantly, are delicious. I even PAID ( yes this broke bitch paid) to be a meal plan member, because she is simply brilliant. 

Anyway, so the recipe I made for everyone was Slow Cooker Pork Paprikash. Amazing. Delicious, Easy, and super low fat. I got it ready in the morning before the gym, and had it ready to eat served over Egg Noodles ( This brand is my favorite! )/ along with Asparagus sauteed with Garlic .

For dessert I made baked apples with brown sugar & caramel, covered with pie crust and dusted with Stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg!

I fed 6 people including myself, had leftovers, and every single person loved the meal.

And finally, my weigh in for this week.  Considering I had a meltdown at WaWa. Had a few stumbles Friday Night, but counted everything I ate, and even worked out twice, I am happy to say that I am down 3.6 lbs this week, for a 2 week total of :  8.4 pounds!

So most certainly - Win #3

So very excited about this Journey!
